We offer training and qualifications for those employed in the care sector and education sector. Our focus is to provide high quality training delivery by experienced and occupationally competent tutors, to achieve real learning. We offer nationally recognised vocational qualifications delivered by experienced tutors.The learning programmes are delivered through a variety of methods including face to face teaching, regular meetings, online resources, access to electronic portfolios and remote assessment. Our learners are motivated and supported to acheive their qualifications in efficient timeframes.These programmes are eligible for full reimbursement using approved funding streams. We provide guidance and support for employers to access this funding to cover the costs of investment in staff development.
We are delighted to offer a wide range of courses to meet mandatory training requirements for employers. We provide an experienced trainer to visit your workplace and deliver face to face training for your employees. We produce high quality learning resources to ensure our courses result in real learning that does more than "tick a box". Learners should leave their session having gained valuable knowledge to apply to their practice and make a real difference to the services they provide.
All specialist qualifications include knowledge and theory to underpin practice excellence and occupational competence. Our tutors provide face to face teaching and support alongside high quality resources to ensure learners achieve meaningful learning for their own professional development as well as real benefits for their employers abd service users. Skilled and qualified staff deliver better service and staff retention rates are improved.
We can support health and social care employers to cover the costs of their training in full by accessing approved funding.
We offer a comprehensive Care Certificate programme. Our programme is available in many different formats. We can deliver the programme within your care setting by providing regular interactive teaching sessions delivered at planned intervals. Once completed we issue a certificate to ensure employers can evidence how they provide all care workers with the minimum standards of training to meet CQC requirements. This provides essential care training that is affordable, flexible and convenient without compromising quality.

We have designed and created a unique delivery for every qualification and course that we offer. We pride ourselves on our ability to listen to employers and then create training delivery to meet their organisational needs.
EXCLUSIVE ACCELERATED LEARNING PROGRAMMES
Learners can undertake the latest diploma qualifications to evidence their skills and knowledge and to support their career progression within care. We have an exclusive delivery option for Level 2 Diploma in Care and Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care courses that we are very excited to be able to offer. You can choose to "TAKE 5" by selecting one of our delivery options that best suits your setting and staff.
We are now able to offer brand new "TAKE 5" delivery options for both Level 4 Diploma in Adult Care and Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care to enable senior care workers and managers to achieve their qualifications in reduced timescales whilst engaging in meaningful learning.
Care workers can also undertake specialist short qualifications to equip them with skills and knowledge most relevant to their area of care and ensure they provide excellence in practice.
We support employers to access funding to meets the costs of high quality training for their care teams.
We can provide the mandatory training sessions that ensure care workers have the skills and knowledge to fulfil their roles to provide safe and effective care.
We include full guidance and administration suppport to access and manage the Adult Social Care Workforce Data Set (ASC-WDS) for employers.
COSTS
We offer extremely competitive training costs across our delivery. Our prices are transparent and we will work with employers to ensure our costs are affordable and flexible. Our qualification prices remain in line with the funding values set by Skills for Care Adult Social Care Workforce Data Set (ASC-WDS). This means that employers can make use of the ASC-WDS as a valuable human resource management tool for their organisation and in doing so become eligible for the full reimbursement of the training and development costs of their staff undertaking approved qualifications.
